Terms of service

The terms of our text messaging program: what we send, how often, and how to get help or stop.

Effective April 23, 2026

Questions: support@selleredgecapital.com

These Terms of Service govern your participation in the Notecrest Capital SMS / text messaging program. By opting in to receive SMS messages from Notecrest Capital, LLC (“Notecrest Capital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the terms below. These Terms of Service supplement our Website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Description of the SMS program and messaging use cases

If you provide your mobile phone number and check the SMS consent box on a form on our Site (for example, our Seller Note Quote form at selleredgecapital.com/seller-note-quote), you consent to receive transactional and conversational text (SMS) messages from Notecrest Capital related to your quote request and any resulting transaction. Messaging use cases include: quote status updates, requests for documentation, closing coordination, scheduling tied to your transaction, and direct one-to-one communication with your assigned account representative. We do not send marketing, promotional, advertising, or solicitation text messages through this program.

2. How to opt in

You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on one of our online forms and submitting your mobile number. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of obtaining a quote or using any of our services.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on the status of your transaction and your interaction with us.

4. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan. You are solely responsible for any charges your carrier imposes in connection with messages you send to or receive from Notecrest Capital.

5. Instructions to opt out (“Text STOP”)

You may cancel the SMS program at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After you text STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message, and you will not receive further SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

6. How to get help (“Text HELP”)

For help with the SMS program, text HELP to any message from us, or contact our support team at support@selleredgecapital.com or (305) 356-1048.

7. Support contact information

8. Age restriction (18+)

You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to or use the SMS program. By opting in, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

9. Carrier liability disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Notecrest Capital is not responsible for any charges you incur from your wireless carrier as a result of participating in this SMS program. Delivery of messages is subject to the effective transmission from your wireless carrier and is outside of our control.

10. Privacy

We will not sell, rent, lease, or share your mobile phone number, your SMS opt-in consent, or any SMS-related information with any third party for that third party’s marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are treated as confidential and are not transferred to affiliates or partners for their independent use. We may share this information only with telecommunications providers and our SMS platform vendor strictly for the purpose of delivering the messages you have consented to receive; those vendors are contractually prohibited from using your information for any purpose other than providing that service to us. For full details on how we handle your personal information, please review our Privacy Policy.
